What we do

Charter Court Investments Ltd (CCI) is commercial property company focused a geographical area that includes Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

We seek to invest in commercial buildings and land where we can either asset manage, redevelop or refurbish to enhance value and create improved investment returns or profit.

Our business is managed on a day to day basis by directors, Simon Mussell and Chris Mitchell, and with such a small team we are able to make immediate and proactive decisions.

We are presently seeking to purchase assets with a value of between £0.5million – £2million and we are able to pay introduction fees to un-retained agents.
